This notice explains how information is used when you create and operate a Cleaning Contract Radar account.
Who controls your information
Cleaning Contract Radar is the controller of account and company-profile information used by Cleaning Contract Radar. Privacy enquiries and data-rights requests may be sent to support@cleaningcontractradar.com.
Information we collect
We process your Clerk account identity, contact details, verified operating address, company capability and matching preferences, saved opportunities, private notes, email preferences, billing entitlement and basic security/diagnostic logs. We also count page views and link destinations with coarse country and region information. We do not store analytics IP addresses, form values, page content or persistent visitor identifiers, and we do not sell personal information.
Why we use it
We use account and profile information to provide the service and personalised matching under our contract with you. We use aggregate product analytics, security logs, service monitoring and reliability information for our legitimate interests in understanding, operating and protecting Cleaning Contract Radar. Marketing or opportunity emails are sent only when you choose them.
Public procurement information
Buyer, supplier, contract and notice information is obtained from official public procurement sources. Cleaning Contract Radar retains source links and evidence so transformed fields can be checked and corrected.
Processors
Clerk provides authentication; Stripe processes subscriptions, payments and billing records; Supabase hosts application data and billing entitlement status; Vercel hosts the web application and scheduled jobs; Resend delivers requested email; and Google Maps Platform supplies operating-address search and coordinates. Each provider processes information under its own terms and data-processing commitments.
International transfers
Some processors may store or access information outside the UK. Where required, the operator relies on the processor’s approved transfer mechanism and contractual safeguards.
Retention
Active account data is retained while the service is provided. Deleted accounts and associated private notes/saves are removed from the application database, subject to short-lived backups, legal obligations and fraud/security records. Failed email and import logs are retained only as long as needed to diagnose delivery and reliability.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may withdraw email consent at any time using an unsubscribe link or Settings. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies
Cleaning Contract Radar uses authentication and security cookies required for sign-in, account protection and billing. Product analytics is first-party and cookie-free; non-essential analytics cookies are not enabled.
Security and accuracy
Access controls, signed webhooks, row-level database policies and encryption provided by our processors protect account information. No internet service is risk-free. Keep your Clerk account secure and report suspected misuse promptly.
