Terms

Terms of service

Last updated 23 July 2026

These terms describe the MVP1 service offered by Cleaning Contract Radar. They must be completed with the operator’s registered details, governing law and approved liability wording before accepting paid production customers.

The service

Cleaning Contract Radar organises official public procurement notices and applies transparent rules to identify potential cleaning opportunities. It is a research and monitoring tool, not procurement, legal, financial or bidding advice.

Business use

The service is intended for business users. You must provide accurate account and company information, keep access credentials secure and ensure that authorised users comply with these terms.

Source verification

Public records may be incomplete, amended, withdrawn or incorrectly published. Calculated dates and match scores are indicators, not guarantees. You are responsible for checking the official notice, eligibility, deadlines, documents and buyer instructions before making a business decision.

No guarantee of future tenders

A contract end date does not guarantee that a replacement tender will be published, that the procurement will use the same scope, or that your company will qualify or win.

Subscriptions and payment

The price and billing currency shown in Stripe Checkout are authoritative. Paid access renews for the period shown at checkout until cancelled. You can manage or cancel through the Stripe customer portal in your account. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Acceptable use

You must not scrape the service excessively, bypass plan restrictions, interfere with imports or security, upload unlawful notes, share private account access, misrepresent Cleaning Contract Radar data as guaranteed, or use buyer contact information unlawfully.

Your content

Private notes and company-profile information remain yours. You permit the operator and its processors to store and process them only to operate, secure and support the service.

Availability and changes

The operator may maintain, improve or change source integrations and matching rules. Material subscription changes will be communicated where reasonably possible. Scheduled imports depend on external government services and may occasionally be delayed.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, the operator is not responsible for procurement decisions, missed or changed notices, lost bids, indirect loss or information that differs from the official source. Any negotiated liability cap should be stated in the final entity-approved version of these terms.

Ending an account

You may cancel billing through the Stripe customer portal and request account deletion separately. The operator may suspend access for security threats, non-payment or material misuse, with notice where reasonably possible.

Law and contact

These terms are intended to be governed by the law selected by Cleaning Contract Radar in its final company-approved terms. Questions may be sent to support@cleaningcontractradar.com.
